What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. You can return your items by mail or at any George Richards Big & Tall retail location across Canada.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship exclusively within Canada to ensure the fastest delivery times and best service for our customers. Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
